I was a founder member of ICS which was formed in 1998. After graduating I spent two years teaching in Malawi - this was followed by a lengthy career in the Civil Service ( HM Customs & Excise ) married with 3 children and interested in most sports ( rugby particularly ) art, horses ( carriage driving ) and dogs.
